Sheet metalwork enclosures designed around new or existing machinery.
Cabinets and housings for encapsulating plant, machinery and electrical systems. Designed completely in sheet metalwork or a combination of steel or aluminium section. PDF engineering drawings are accompanied with DWG’s and/or DXF files for laser cutting & enhanced detail.
The cabinet is designed in 3d to the clients specification & flattened out into dxf & pdf files to be machine cut by CNC & folded. Full assembly details, parts list & exploded views can be supplied.

Reverse Engineering Existing Machinery
Reverse engineering, obsolete machinery and their components. Is often the only way to obtain missing or damaged replacement parts & panels for otherwise serviceable equipment.
The FTIR spectrometer photographed below, was over 15 years old and no longer supported by the manufacturer. The robotic manipulator has been carefully removed and placed into storage. Enabling the cabinet to be slowly dismantled and measurements of all its components and panels recorded.
